Summary
Program Director Talent Acquisition
The Program Director Talent Acquisition – Pro/Exec contributes to the company’s success by providing expert consultation and training to the Pro/Exec Talent Acquisition department. Develop and lead activities including media planning, process review and improvement, program development and creative sourcing and recruiting strategies. Vendor negotiation and contract management with new and existing vendors. Monitor and measure implemented initiatives to determine actual impacts and costs, benefits and success. Create and management process improvement toolkits, and partner with training resources to provide robust training. Manage Pro/Exec recruitment marketing. Develop, plan and implement redesign initiatives using effective change management practices for process improvement. Lead critical Pro/Exec talent acquisition initiatives, processes, and projects to successful execution. Drive consistency of process and employee experience where possible and proactively identify process improvements and opportunities to streamline and standardize processes. Own standard operating procedures in department, ensuring all documentation is available and up to date. The director provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to the recruiting team and supports hiring managers across the organization.

Position Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Relationship Management
• Will work closely with all levels of management to determine long term strategic hiring needs and ensure the highest level of service is provided.
Leadership
• Provides expert consultation and training to the Pro/Exec Talent Acquisition department.
• Develop and leads activities including media planning, process review and improvement, program development and creative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Manages vendor negotiation and contract management with new and existing vendors.
• Monitors and measures implemented initiatives to determine actual impacts and costs, benefits and success. Create and management process improvement toolkits, and partner with training resources to provide robust training.
• Manages Pro/Exec recruitment marketing.
• Develop, plan and implement redesign initiatives using effective change management practices for process improvement.
• Develop and lead recruiting initiatives and strategy to meet company objectives.
• Develop new strategies and programs to attract top quality candidates.
• Leads and directs Pro/Exec sourcing and corporate talent Acquisition team to support business units, managing an in-house and virtual team including but not limited to performance management, hiring, coaching, development, load balancing.
• Assures candidate management standards and protocols are being met or exceeded by team leads and supporting teams
• Responsible for ensuring data integrity for team, report development and delivery.
• Participate in the development and establishment of department goals, objectives and systems that directly impact HR strategy and overall business plans for the Company. Evaluate indicators to monitor programs and their performance, giving recommendations for improvement.
• Partner directly and effectively with HR management and members of other cross-functional teams to drive appropriate HR recruiting initiatives for the Company in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in recruitment and selection activities for the Company by introducing recruiting strategies and sourcing initiatives. Designs, builds, implements and manages strategic sourcing and Pro/Exec talent acquisition strategies. Explores proactive, traditional and innovative approaches to talent acquisition. Balances providing subject matter expertise with fostering open communication. Leads with an operational focus, setting strategy and objectives. Establishes operational objectives for the Pro/Exec Talent Acquisition team including work plans and delegating assignments to team. Collaborate with talent acquisition marketing on and manage content of Pro/Exec recruitment marketing.
• Point of escalation on talent acquisition issues for team.
Candidate Development
• Will support key director level roles. Develops appropriate talent acquisition strategy to reach and attract a diverse pool of high quality candidates.
• Evaluates candidates against job requirements, engages candidate on the opportunity and presents qualified candidates.
Metrics
• Monitor Talent Acquisition productivity reports.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct Reports
• Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports
• May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Travel and/or Driving Requirements
• Travel is an essential duty and function of this job. Driving is not an essential duty or function of this job.
• Travel up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Talent Acquisition, Business, HR, and/or Marketing
• 10+ years experience of full-cycle recruiting experience in a professional services environment with a combination of in-house and agency recruiting.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition supervisory experience or relevant leadership/managerial experience
• Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases and internet sourcing tools, must be web savvy—Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience highly desirable (VirtualEdge/ADP)
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Office / Sedentary Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
