Position Description
• Develop, plan and socialize Executive-level updates (i.e., Executive Steering Committee through Walmart Executive Committee)
• Design and maintain Executive-level roadmap
• Design long term sustainable operating model across assigned program
• Manage KPIs in a centralized scorecard and report trends to leadership
• Identify and coordinate with new stakeholder groups (e.g. International, Specialty Areas, Acquisitions)
• Develop expansion plans (e.g. International, Specialty Areas)
• Drive activities across the Strategic Management Office using insight into executive leadership
Minimum Qualifications
3 years supervisory experience
Bachelor of Science and 8 years' technical program management experience OR 12 years' technical program management experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Technology transformation leader with demonstrable experience working with large cross-functional organizations to implement strategies and IT solutions
• Proven track record of delivering effective, efficient, and timely solutions with high levels of customer satisfaction
• Managed organizational Change Management activities across multiple internal and external (i.e., supplier, vendor) user communities
• Experienced support for leading Digital Transformation from needs analysis through strategic roadmap definition and program execution
• Understanding of large scale retail technology programs, preferably within Omnichannel, Item, Merchant Systems, Data Analytics
• Strategic mindset to develop and articulate program end state vision
• Proven ability to develop relationships with cross-functional executives
