Position Summary
As the Clinical Products Director, you will be a vital leader and contributor to advancing our Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) product portfolio.
You will be critical to the successful growth of the PBM business, and will drive new innovation that will have a profound impact on the future direction of the company overall! You will engage across many functions of the PBM, with particular emphasis on scoping and directing multiple teams while enhancing existing product solutions and in bringing new, market leading solutions to the industry.
You will work closely with senior executives and business partners at all levels of the organization to understand the business and market, to guide teams to solve problems, and to rapidly deliver product enhancements as well as new solutions. The suite of products in scope provide solutions for our clients relative to Quality, Safety, Clinical Appropriateness, Opioid Management and various other solutions as well.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Commercialization of our existing suite of products, ensuring market relevance and value are high to all the lines of business we serve.
-Establish the strategic vision for each of their products and ensure alignment across cross functional partners on both the vision and the delivery expectations of the product.
-Ensure high quality of execution across the various business partners that build and operationally execute our products.
• Setting and executing against all financial commitments, assessing business risk and establishing risk mitigation strategies, establishing 1, 3 and 5 year strategic roadmaps to include capital investment strategies that allow for product advancement, compliance to government regulations and efficiency.
-Working with your team members to coach and develop and drive optimal performance in their roles

Required Qualifications
6+ years experience directly leading large, cross functional teams that are spread across multiple locations
2+ years experience in a PBM, Managed Care or similar environment
Preferred Qualifications
MBA is preferred
Pharmacy degree (Pharm D or Bachelor’s of Pharmacy) is preferred
4+ years experience working in PBM with product development and management experience is preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
