Position Summary
CVS is embarking on a multiyear journey to redefine the retail pharmacy experience for patients, in order to deliver a 1:1 personalized patient experience. This Director role on the Rx Personalization team will lead a team of 10+ talented individuals focused on driving innovation by defining and developing new uses personalization use cases that drive significant value to the retail pharmacy business.
In the immediate future, this Director will lead efforts to drive scripts in 2019. This will require quickly defining, testing and deploying quick wins across all of the major clinical services programs (e.g., Readyfill, 90 day etc...). Additionally new opportunities will quickly have to be defined to personalize interactions with prescribers and patients, improving the quality of interactions with those stakeholders while driving immediate value.
Additionally, this Director will have to lead the development of a roadmap to impact the end-to-end patient experience & drive value (e.g., service recovery, adherence improvement, saving patients money, interactions w/ prescribers). Building this roadmap will require rigorous analysis to identify opportunities, agile multiple mini-tests to validate the opportunities and then detailed business cases / requirements for those opportunities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience managing teams, mentoring talent, recruiting new hires, and contributing to positive work culture
3+ Experience designing, assessing, and optimizing health programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree
- Ability to influence leadership with clear and tailored communications
- Track record of driving net new innovation
- Analytical and strategic thinking, experience with quantitative and qualitative research
- Knowledge of CVS Health’s retail pharmacy business and organization processes
- Subject matter expertise in clinical and operational aspects of the retail pharmacy business
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
