Position Summary
Would you like to be part of a dynamic Quality Assurance Adjudication/Government Services team at Fortune 7 CVS Health? As a Director Quality Assurance you will have responsibility for leading multiple QA teams involved in a variety of applications/systems under the Adjudication and Government Services platforms to ensure that software meets or exceeds business requirements. You will drive an evolving QA shared service strategy and be an agent of change within the organization. Quality is paramount and requires real passion for efficiency and end results.
You will lead critical portfolios and staff that include:
-CORE PBM ADJUDICATION - RXCLAIM
-Outputs
-Adjustments
-CDH, EZTest, etc
-Med D Enrollment Applications
-Medicaid
You will partner with Business and other IT leaders to improve overall quality of CVS products, services and ensure shared services evolution. You will be responsible for auditing existing processes for shared services improvement and will research new testing methods, processes, tools, and systems. You will direct personnel activities of staff (i.e., hires, trains, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary, etc.).
You will drive for extreme automation, efficiency and above all quality. You challenge the status quo, be transformational, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
-You have 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience with at least 7 years in Quality Assurance/Testing of large scale, complex cross platform software programs and applications.
-You have at least 5-7 years of experience in leading multiple, large cross-functional teams or projects.
-You have experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
-You have experience creating and implementing plans to achieve long-term strategic objectives that are aligned with company imperatives and initiatives. Keeps focused on long-term, strategic goals while executing against short-term objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
-You have exceptional project management skills, including the ability to effectively deploy resources and lead multiple projects of various diverse scope in a cross functional environment. Partners across boundaries and makes sound business decisions.
-You have advanced technical knowledge on QA industry tools (ex. HP ALM, HP UFT, IBM Rational Robot, Selenium, etc.) and Assurance/Testing IT competencies.
-You have 5+ Years of PBM\\Healthcare IT experience and 3+ years of experience in establishing and managing QA Center of Excellence (Tools and Processes).
-You have adjudication and eligibility system knowledge
-You have working knowledge of AS400 and Mainframes
-You have validated experience as a change agent and driving shift to automation
-You are experienced working with onshore and offshore colleagues/contractors
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
