Wherever guests shop with us, we work hard to ensure their Target shopping trip is always frictionless, fun and rewarding. You will support store team members and provide functional expertise in various aspects of HR including, but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, pay practices, training, team culture, compliance and metrics in support of business goals. You will routinely leverage the Store Team Leader and Human Resource Business Partner to support and execute on the business and HR strategies. In addition, you are responsible for executing duties as Leader on Duty (LOD) when scheduled which encompasses complete autonomy in overseeing total store operations and team on duty. Previous retail and/or HR experience preferred, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members. Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs. Able to work both independently and with a team. Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary. Target merchandise discount. Competitive pay. Flexible scheduling.
Qualifications:
