Job Description
Responsibilities include:
• Create the long-term strategic plans and vision for continued growth. Set priorities within the business that balance the needs for managing the existing programs and developing new ones.
• Manage team in finding and executing process improvements that drive efficiencies and cost savings.
• Develop and manage the budgets and forecasts.
• Define new programs that should be pursued and optimize pricing.
• Determine timing and objectives for existing programs to be refreshed.
• Increase awareness and build commitment across the organization and in the stores. Support the store teams through continued recruiting, hiring, and training of Repair and Rental associates.
• Define the promotional calendar.
• Develop requirements for IT needs.
• Manage the Rental Affiliate program and drive the flawless execution of program expansion.
• Appropriately resource the team and create a succession plan for the team by ensuring meaningful development opportunities exist for each individual.
• Develop Managers by helping them set appropriate priorities and removing barriers and obstacles.
• Ensure HR policies and compensation are aligned with business objectives.
• Interact frequently with senior leadership, delivering messages tailored to the recipient and effectively communicates the right message, at the right time, for the desired action to occur.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Title: Director, Repairs and Rentals
As Director, Repairs and Rentals you will be accountable for management of both the Repairs and Rentals businesses by providing strategic direction, thought leadership, and initiative prioritization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of equivalent work experience)
• Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Retail Services or the music industry (In addition to degree or years of previous experience).
• 5 years of experience leading teams
• 4 years of experience working closely with senior leadership
• Intermediate understanding of guitar and/or music technology products
• Ability to travel (up to 20%)
