As a Starbucks director of Organization Development & Effectiveness, you will lead the team responsible for designing leadership teams and organization structures for the enterprise. Working with our senior leaders and PRO (human resource) generalists, you will diagnose organization challenges, design solutions, and implement large-scale change. You will also be the enterprise thought leader on best practices and industry trends, and create the Starbucks strategy and approach for organization development. You and your team will work as part of the PRO center of excellence also responsible for talent & performance management and inclusion & diversity.
Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:
• Advise senior leaders on how to create high performance organizations
• Design organization solutions and deliver cross-functional organization development work
• Define the Starbucks organization development approach and be the thought leader on best practices and industry trends
• Partner with PRO Generalists, Talent Management, Inclusion & Diversity and Learning & Development teams to build and grow great leaders and organizations
We’d love to hear from people with:
• Executive and management organization and partner development experience, including internal or external consulting on organization design and development, talent management, performance & development, change management and related strategies (15 years)
• Project management (7 years)
