Position Description
• Oversees the Company's alcohol, tobacco and firearms (ATF) compliance team in the United States
• Leads a team that develops and oversees the execution of controls, policies, processes and procedures for ATF by identifying, interpreting and monitoring federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to ATF compliance
• Directs the development and implementation of training and communication strategies for ATF policies and standards to ensure organizational alignment
• Drives engagement with key external and internal stakeholders to influence national alcohol, tobacco and firearm policies and standards and driving best practices across the industry
• Develops and oversees the implementation of strategic risk mitigation programs, and systems
• Identifies trends in the alcohol, tobacco and firearm fields and incorporates them into the strategy
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships to maximize the achievement of business and compliance goals by leading and engaging in key community outreach and involvement initiatives
• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Oversees the development and implementation of complex corporate compliance programs across all 14 areas of expertise
• Oversees the development of ethics and compliance analytics and reporting initiatives for executive-level management
• Oversees the effort of regulatory outreach
• Provides overall direction
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Safety, Legal Studies, General Business or related field OR 8 years experience in Compliance, Safety, Legal Studies, or related field.
