The Manager, Business Systems Reporting will be responsible for managing, creating, and improving automated reporting and analytic solutions for the PB Portfolio of brands. The Manager, Business Systems Reporting will partner with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to identify reporting as well as process gaps and translate business requirements to reporting deliverables along with decision support tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with functions across the company to develop data and analytic solutions that will enable a data-driven approach to business questions
• Conduct analyses and build statistical models to identify trends/drivers to inform inventory management decisions
• Build, automate, and maintain KPI dashboards as well as reporting to improve business visibility and track performance
• Design and maintain a data warehouse comprising inventory, sales/demand, and order history to support business decisions
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer/data science, or information systems and technology
• Experience working in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering/science, or similar quantitative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Access and MS Excel, including scripting in VBA, pivot tables, nested logic.
• Ability to extract data from systems on the server and use data in other business tools.
• Background in SQL and platforms such as SSIS to design/maintain data warehouses as well as tools to mine, extract, transform, and load (ETL) packages
• Expertise with data visualization technologies such as Tableau, Qlikview, Domo, etc.
• Experience with business intelligence systems such as MicroStrategy
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as R, Python, SAS, etc.
• Experience building and implementing predictive data models, including data preparation/cleansing, validation, and evaluation
• Data centric with strong understanding of inferential statistics, but equally knowledgeable about the impact of descriptive/qualitative benefits
