Job Summary:The Director, Web Analytics, Reporting & Optimization uses Google Analytics and other platforms, to conduct analysis, draw insights, share actionable conclusions and advise on digital analytics best practices to the Lumber Liquidators organization. Individuals in this position will provide deep thinking on problems facing the business and own the scoping, design, analysis, and implementation of solutions end-to-end, collaborating as needed with other analysts, as well as the marketing and web development teams.

Primary Functions:
• Work directly with third party partner to audit and optimize the GA360 platform, double click ad tracking and attribution models.
• Maximize use and effectiveness of the Google Analytics / Marketing Cloud Platform as leader of a future Web Analytics team.
• Ensure we have robust tracking and auditing capabilities across paid, earned and owned programs including display advertising, affiliate partners, shopping engines, social media, digital video, CTV, digital radio, email, SEM performance and other digital marketing vehicles.
• Work directly with web product owners and be the data decision engine behind Conversion Rate Optimization and UX/ UI best practices.
• Work with internal TM’s and third party partners to create, launch and analyze A/B and other test plans, and recommend improvements.
• Provide thought leadership and execution around Omni-channel tracking and measurement, extending analytics, insights and revenue tracking from digital properties into our retail stores.
• Partner with key stakeholders across analytics, marketing, store, customer care and development teams to drive strategy, propose new approaches to business problems and own solutions end-to-end.
• Own scheduled and ad hoc reporting, establish and track key KPIs and other pertinent metrics for use from the C-Suite to the program managers running the business.
• Recommend additional products, partners or services as needed to ensure Lumber Liquidators remains at the forefront of best practices in web analytics, measurement and reporting across all digital properties.
• Drive organizational thinking around KPIs and report structure.
• Propose new approaches to problems, collect and analyze data and present research, findings, and recommendations to cross-functional teams, and oversee correct implementation of outcomes.
• Stay ahead of current affairs within digital analytics and reporting tools industry –be the voice of web analytics, enhanced intelligence and data driven marketing for the company.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• 5+ years of digital analytics and reporting experience in a high volume B2C and B2B environment
• 3+ years related retail/e-commerce experience (multi-channel)
• Experience with high volume, ecommerce focused B2B/B2C properties and a deep understanding of analytics, great user experiences and what drives conversion and retention.
• A proven record of accomplishment of solving business problems through analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics 360, Data Studio, Optimize, and other C4M products
• Advance knowledge of Data studio, tableau, Quantum Metrics is a plus
• Proven track record of configuring analytics platforms, tagging, and segmentation and distilling results for presentation and review
• Experience with data visualization tools, GTM, google Cloud, Query, SAS, SQL, Omniture and some JavaScript coding as it relates to tagging is beneficial
• Experience with optimizing B2B and or B2C digital properties
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field, MBA preferred
