Position Summary
As the Senior Director of PBM Finance you will perform various design and analytical roles on financial strategy and special projects that support the PBM Controller in the overall development and delivery of Operational strategy and Target Operating Model design for each business unit and finance operations. You will assist business units in understanding the impact of their strategic drivers and converting these into strategic long-term objectives and business cases.
In this role, you will use analytics tools & core methods to assist with root cause analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and assist the CFO in establishing management financial reports for PBM leadership and finance team. In addition, you will create presentations and communications to senior management as necessary on different topics, facilitating and driving communication to gain input and consensus from stakeholders in multiple teams
Education
Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required.
