ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the organization through implementation of innovative, high-impact HR programs, systems and initiatives that drive outstanding associate & business performance. Lead compensation, benefits, performance management, employee experience & retention strategies.
• Be an advocate for change management & organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Lead the development of the compensation and benefits strategy across the organization to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
• Work collaboratively with team members, business partners & external vendors and consultants in compensation, benefits & HRIS areas to ensure the company is positioned competitively and stays current on market trends and changes in the retail industry.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and guidelines and ensure they are market competitive, cost effective, aligned with corporate goals and are in compliance with company policies, federal legislation and other government and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HR leadership and Legal to ensure compliance with all benefits, and wage and hour federal and state laws.

Job Requirements
•Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 10+ years of HR experience with 3+ years in team leadership capacity.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HR Information Systems & Microsoft Office.
• Additional Skills: Ability to evaluate effectiveness of the organization's compensation, benefits and HR systems and translate data into solutions to continually improve programs and practices.

◦ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to think strategically and objectively.
◦ Effectively translates data into actionable insights, strategies and plans.
◦ Leadership skills balanced with a willingness to play a 'hands-on' role with key projects and associate relations.
◦ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively build relationships with associates at all levels.
◦ Strong verbal and written presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way and to tailor key messages and presentation style to multiple audiences.
◦ Goal-oriented and with ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an ever-changing, fast paced environment.
