Within our Digital Personalization team, we are building out and implementing leading-edge capabilities to develop real-time decisions leveraging big data technologies and advanced machine learning (AI) tools and algorithms fueled by 360 customer data. These cloud-based platforms are being build using best-of-breed technology partner components using lean agile teams. CVS Health is seeking a Director of Health Care Personalization. Using a deep understanding of customer-centric health care business practices, the Director will help define the path for CVS to orchestrate and deliver highly personalized offers and communications to our customers. This work will entail both strategy & deep technical product management.
This person will be defining the vision & business case for major programs, laying out the strategy and technology roadmap, leading a team of strategy and product managers to ensure high-quality builds/executions, and partnering closely with the business to drive value.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Defining the vision and roadmap to advance CVS’s health care personalization efforts centered on continuous advancements to our data ingestion, data, analytics service, and engagement
• Leading business process transformation/change management and implementation efforts
• With our key internal stakeholders, prioritizing amongst a portfolio of projects to maximize value creation and aligning on KPIs to measure success
• Owning technology product management of multiple technology systems and processes
• Partnering closely with IT and functional teams to design, implement, and operationalize personalization technology infrastructure and platform strategy to enhance existing operations
• Partnering with IT leadership to successfully manage and develop relationships with our technology providers and vendor partners
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and quality while supporting aggressive roadmaps for business systems and process transformations.
• Staying abreast of latest technology advancements and offering new insights to our business, IT and analytics partners driving business value with the tools we have as well as through enhancements and new tools
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in strategy. digital or healthcare.
• 5+ years of experience in team leadership involving direct reports, indirect reports or stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s Degree or MBA
• Experience in health care roles
• Track record effectively building, managing and improving digital products and experiences
• Self-motivated, high energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance driven environment of action to engage diverse audiences and influence senior executives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
• The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization
• Experience in team building and leadership involving direct, indirect, and non-reports
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services.
Education
Bachelors Degree required
MBA preferred
