Position Description
Walmart International Technology is hiring a Senior Director, Product Management to join their team. As a member of this organization, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that serve over 11,000 retail units in 28 countries around the world. More specifically, in this particular role, you would lead product management teams that power the Walmart International markets as well as multiple formats across our retail domains. You will also develop the product vision, anticipate market opportunities, guide the development of business cases, and define the overall strategy for multiple product families.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you have:
Strong business and technology background.
Experience building, managing and creating product management environment.
Domain expertise in retail or even related function (e.g. eCommerce, CPG, retail consulting, etc.)
You’ll make an impact by:
Leveraging technology to deliver complex, global solutions.
Cultivating collaborative relationships with key stakeholders like business partners, engineers, user experience, and others.
Delivering on the most effective set of product solutions and their Go-to-Market strategy by overseeing the development of market plans, approving stage gate releases, and holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
Developing solutions and products that propel the business to the front of the market by defining the strategy across multiple product families.
Creating a culture that's passionate about solving customer needs and issues by conducting competitive assessments, anticipating emerging technology, and providing guidance to create compelling user stories.
