Overview
The Senior Director Growth and Innovations is responsible for day-to-day management of event programs in production, including creation, monitoring execution at store-level, issue resolution, reporting, budget management and invoicing. The Sr. Director serves as a main communication link and relationship builder between the demo team and the customer to ensure continued trust and partnership.
The Sr. Director must provide a high level of service to suppliers and customer, establish tight connections with CROSSMARK cross-functional lines of business, and drive a culture of sales and service excellence.
Responsibilities
• Develop effective, innovative programs.
• Create plans and processes that ensure efficient, quality execution to achieve program profitability, budget goals and event forecasts.
• Monitor field execution, including traveling to audit unique programs and Grand Openings (often with the client), and take appropriate actions to ensure quality work is completed on time.
• Continuously communicate and collaborate with operation team regarding needs, expectations, client feedback, opportunities and outcomes.
• Understand customer and supplier needs and proactively articulate the feasibility of programming and provide program updates, results, insights and reporting to solidify the desired outcomes and grow the relationship.

Qualifications
Education/Experience: Four-year college degree in a related discipline strongly preferred. Several years of business experience in retail and club operations is required. Sales and project management is preferred. Significant experience leading mid- to large-size teams.
Skills and Experience: Strong interpersonal skills, understanding how to develop and maintain business relationships; Critical thinking ability, connecting piece of information together across varied data sources; Strong communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal, for writing, speaking, listening and presentations; Basic analytical skills; Negotiation skills; Team and cross-functional collaboration; Consultative and insights-based selling skills; Business and financial acumen; Proven success in a customer-facing role; Adept at developing and maintaining effective working relationships across all levels of the organization; Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines; Able to prioritize conflicting demands and organize time and resources to bring assignments to successful completion; Excellent judgment; Effective problem-resolution skills and solid decision-making capabilities; Consultative, collaborative leadership style; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to be able to:

Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes.
Working Conditions: Primarily office environment with mild to moderate noise levels. Frequent interaction with co-workers, clients, vendors and consultants. Up to 10-20% domestic travel.
Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
