Position Summary
As a Healthcare Services Product Development Director, you will be responsible for the management and growth of specific current products, as well as the strategy, development and launch of new products within the Oncology product portfolio. You will report to and assist the Senior DirectionTransformation in the creation and execution of product plans to meet growth initiatives, identification of new product opportunities, coordination of market and product research, and management of relationships with strategic partners and key internal stakeholders. We are looking for a results-oriented individual with the ability to work cross functionally with key stakeholders to deliver and keep others on task to meet defined goals. Product plans may include the design and facilitation of test plans and pilots as needed, and must require an outline of success metrics and how they will be measured. You will serve as the subject matter expert for his/her assigned products and will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to effectively promote pull-through and increase client adoption of these products.
The Healthcare Services Product Development Director will deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including C-Suite stakeholders. This position requires you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as identify, analyze and solve practical problems, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines. This position will require analytical skills as well as business and financial acumen.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Healthcare experience
5+ years of Product Development and Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree preferred
