Description
The position of VP, IT – Program Management Office isa new position within Alorica that reflects the increased focus placed on the high-quality delivery of IT projects and programs to provide world-class systems and capabilities for our clients: on-specification, on budget and on time, every time.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong capability to:
• Work closely with IT and executive leadership to set and execute IT projects.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to 1) leverage existing IT capabilities and ensure accountable
• Leverage 3rd party resources to deliver on IT projects.
• Partner with the Alorica Procurement team to negotiate service contracts and statements of work agreements for IT professional services, software, and hardware.
Based in Irvine, CA, this role requirestechnology experience, strong peer influencing skills, uncompromising performance standards and proven program leadership skills.
The VP, IT – PMO will report to Alorica’s Chief Information Officer.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a global IT project management team located in the Americas, Asia and Europe with a focus on project management, project administration.
• Develop and implement an IT PMO strategy, policies and processes that drive the highest standards of IT project delivery.
• Be the IT reference point for reporting and communicating project performance metrics.
• Work within assigned budget and headcount goals.

Background
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of ten years IT senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading large IT operations and projects.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed corporate environment.
• Experience implementing and supporting large IT operations and initiatives.
• Change agent with demonstrated ability to lead and drive results.
