Description
The position of VP, IT – Quality isa new position within Alorica that reflects the increased focus placed on delivering high availability high performance IT platforms that provide world-class availability and service levels to our clients.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong capability to:
• Work closely with IT and executive leadership to set and execute an IT Quality strategy that allows Alorica to meet or exceed its committed IT service levels.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to 1) leverage existing IT capabilities to deliver that strategy infrastructure and 2) identify and implement new processes and technologies as needed to meet service level goals.
• Deliver IT Quality initiatives for scope, cost and schedule against aggressive targets.
Based in Irvine, CA, this role requirestechnology experience, strong peer influencing skills, uncompromising performance standards and proven leadership in developing, implementing and supporting IT solutions.
The VP, IT – Quality will report to Alorica’s Chief Information Officer.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a global IT team located in the US and Asia with a focus on Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, IT Change Management and Testing.
• Develop and implement an IT Quality strategy, policies and processes that drive the highest standards of IT service delivery.
• Be the IT reference point for reporting and communicating operational performance metrics.
• Work within assigned budget and headcount goals.
Qualifications
Required knowledge and skills

• Initiating and delivering innovation and change.
• Leveraging 3rd party resources for an IT organization.
• Planning, analysing, and evaluating programs and services, operational needs, and fiscal constraints.
Background
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of ten years IT senior leadership experience.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed corporate environment.
• Experience implementing and supporting large IT operations and initiatives.
• Change agent with demonstrated ability to lead and drive results.
