Position Description
• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Develops Human Resource(HR) strategy to support the business unit(s)
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Develops business unit talent management strategy
• Directs the implementation of Human Resources (HR) practices, systems, programs, and policies in the business unit(s)
• Provides overall direction
Minimum Qualifications
6 years' of supervisory experience.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field and 7 years' experience in human resources or related field OR 10 years' experience in human resources or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Human Resources Certification (for example, PHR, SPHR, GPHR).
Experience supporting International Markets
