A role in Reputation Management means you will help facilitate the company’s holistic enterprise response program, lead reputation issues management, and develop the company’s risk exercise program.
As Risk Director, Reputation Management, you will lead and develop the Reputation Management program, the framework for how the company responds to materialized risk events, and the Reputation & Risk governance structure. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction to company leaders and facilitating assessment of potential and materialized reputation risks across the company. You will create and execute management plans to prepare for, respond to and recover from reputation risk challenges. You will initiate and sustain productive engagement and relationships with senior leaders on areas of reputation risk across the company and provide risk analysis in a number of company-wide forums and projects. Your responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive portfolio of reputation risks by gathering, aggregating and translating information from internal and external sources senior leaders, and directing escalation activity. You will lead scenario planning workshops and risk assessments with senior leaders. You will develop and guide the company’s coordinated risk exercise program, and help develop new company best practices related to risk stakeholder engagement, metrics and indicator use. And you will work closely with cross-functional leadership to design and continuously recommend and implement improvements to the Reputation & Risk process and Reputation Management framework.

About you:
• B.A/B.S degree
• Minimum 7-10 years of directly related related experience in issues management, crisis management, communications, reputation management, public policy
• Excellent written, oral and facilitation communication skills
• Highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple issues and tasks at the same time
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and efforts in high pressure situations and collaborating across departments and teams
• Drives for results and manage execution: coordinate, prioritize, establish goals, ensure timelines are being met and use resources
• Demonstrated creative problem solving skills with strong leadership skills
