Position Summary
This position will report to the Sr. Director of Retail Purchasing & Account Management and will work with internal and external stakeholders across Merchandising, Mergers & Acquisitions, General Counsel and other areas across the enterprise. The Director of Retail Accounts manages the operations and maintains the relationship between CVS Health and other resellers, distributors, outlets of CVS/pharmacy retail goods and its assortment. Is also responsible for cultivating new relationships and exploring future opportunities as well as leading and developing the Retail Product Account Manager(s)
Required Qualifications
7+ years relevant experience in a retail / reseller organization; or in an analytical, account management, merchandising, or buying position
Preferred Qualifications
-1+ year of consulting or related analytical experience a plus
-Ability to foster interpersonal relationships (i.e. being able to quickly establish a rapport with internal/external customers)
-Deep understanding of the business and proven experience in portfolio management
-Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing and cross-functional teams
-Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives that have significant financial impact.
-Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization and think on his/her feet. Keen ability to distill complex ideas into simpler frameworks and illustrations
-Strategic thinking and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to vision the future state, test hypotheses, and synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable strategies and tactical plans.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels
-Structured problem solving skills with the ability to create order out of ambiguity
-Results driven, with a desire to work in a fast paced environment
-Project Management proficiency, demonstrating an ability to organize defined work streams, load balance across resources, develop team members and inspire high performance. Prior successes managing, developing and engaging a large team
-Strong working knowledge of the business and industry
-Ambitious – seeks accountability in challenging the business environment
-Demonstrates resiliency for self and team

BA
Master’s Degree preferred
