Position Description
What you'll do
The Walmart Global eCommerce team is responsible for building and enhancing the next generation global eCommerce capabilities for our rapidly expanding customer base. This role will will help to accelerate growth via a number of programs which work across platform as well as publisher partners.
As Director of Product Management -- Partner Ecosystem, you will lead strategy and implementation across a growing portfolio of solutions led by Walmart’s evolving affiliates program. With one of the largest product catalogues in the eCommerce space, Walmart has significant opportunity to create a world class solution to help partners promote and sell across the broad set of categories Walmart offers consumers.
You will lead the vision for platform strategy, buy vs. build decisions and all patner facing systems (APIs, billing, reporting, etc.). Beyond Walmart’s growing affiliates program the role will also be responsible for establishing and growing a number of other programs and technologies to enhance Walmart’s relationship with the developer community as well as other platform partners.

Responsibilities
●Nexus of communication and planning between business development, marketers and engineers. Ability to lead each of these audiences with confidence and authority.
●Drive prioritization, strategy and vision for a wide array of partner efforts.
●Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and communicate with precision.
●Work with rock star engineers and business teams in a fast paced, agile development process.
●Foster deep understanding of partner experience and satisfaction to influence prioritization.
●Drive toward data-driven approach buoyed by experimentation.
●Lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
