Overview
Lead a team of Client Operations professionals to deliver improved operating profit by continuously improving quality, speed and costs. Provide process improvement, project management and change management expertise and guidance for Client Operations and the organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead team consisting of Client Operations Managers, Operations Coordinators, Reporting Analysts and Field Communications Specialists. Perform all people functions (hiring, coaching, developing, promoting, etc.).
• Create and employ performance metrics to promote operational excellence and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Take appropriate actions when performance metrics are not met.
• Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Prioritize conflicting demands and organize time and resources to bring projects and assignments to successful completion.
• Continuously improve the department’s infrastructure and processes to optimize operational performance and efficiency.
• Drive change management initiatives within the team and across the organization.
• Manage budget, expenses, resource allocations and schedules to ensure strategies and business requirements are met.
• Lead special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: College degree (BA/BS) in business, marketing, retail merchandising/management or other related discipline required. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years progressively relevant experience required, including five or more years at the manager level managing direct reports.

• Significant experience leading mid to large size teams in administrative or back-office functions.
• Significant experience managing and developing exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.

• Adept at analyzing complex issues and developing plans to drive results.
• Adept at developing and maintaining effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Consultative, collaborative leadership style.
• Creative, innovative thinker.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Visio a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Lean Six Sigma, Agile or other process improvement certification preferred. Project management certification preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes.
Work environment: Office.
Travel Requirements: 10% overnight travel.
Physical Demands: None.
Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
