Overview
Director of Organizational Development will support the organization with continued focus on Human Resource initiatives including partnering with the business on key areas to include: leadership development, attrition, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, talent / performance management to include system and process efficiencies as well as other key projects as needed
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of comprehensive organizational and talent development program in support of the business.
• Coach business unit leaders to support individual performance and development plans. Assist in the identification of developmental needs and drive the acquisition of resources and assignments intended to build organizational effectiveness.
• Provide analysis of data for the purpose of improving team effectiveness. Recommend strategies for making necessary and sustainable changes for strengthening organizational effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, and deliver / facilitate Organization Development (OD) strategies and processes, such as performance management, leadership and employee development curriculum's.
• Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and design solutions, such as: coaching, mentoring, training, development, and team-building. Conduct related training as needed.
• Focused efforts leadership and position specific competencies, evaluations and associate development.
• Leadership and manager coaching / training
• Enhance the current performance management process to include system enhancements, process improvements and training
• Facilitate and lead cross-org sessions as needed

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
Computer Skills: Advanced PC knowledge and skills in Word, Excel, and E-mail.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver’s License is required.
