Senior Director, Software Engineer – Sam’s Club Technology
You will be running a large, distributed engineering team to build and optimize new technology. Lead a team that will create new functionality including new apps, new products or completely replacing old tech with new tech. Be on the ground floor leading a team in our new tech hub office in Dallas and corporate headquarters in Bentonville. Lead us through a huge amount of growth!
Who we’re looking for
• IT Engineering Leadership: A passion for technology. Software development and delivery experience.
• People Leadership and Talent Development: Lead a large team of software engineers and leaders. Develop and lead a high performing management team. 5+ years managing engineers
• Communication and Relationships: with a diverse set of global business partners
• Degree in a STEM field
• Is a missionary, not a mercenary
Yes, relocation is required to Dallas, TX or Bentonville, AR. Robust relocation benefit assistance offered.
