Position Summary
CVS Health (CVSH), a Fortune 7 Pharmacy Innovation company, due to recent strategic expansion, we are recruiting an experienced quantitative leader to join our Enterprise Analytics team. In this high profile role supporting one of the core functions of our business, you will work closely with business partners across the CVSH Enterprise, leading a group of modeling professionals, to deliver a range of predictive analytics solutions that would enable strategies to influence patient, caregiver, and prescriber experience and outcomes related to CVS Health programs and services. This role will work closely with the Caremark Analytic Development team and other areas of Enterprise Analytics to incorporate advanced machine learning capabilities into broader solutions across the PBM business.
The essential elements of the role are:
• Business Strategy: Proactive partnering and consulting with teams across enterprise analytics to tackle areas of critical needs. This would include framing the opportunities into business questions, designing the modeling strategies to effectively address the questions, presenting the strategies and roadmap to Executive Management and stakeholders to obtain sign off.
• Solution Deployment: Developing end to end efficient model solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Managing the model development lifecycle, including both working with IT partners to identify what data are needed, and training the business end-users on how to leverage the modeling output.
• Modern Predictive Modeling : Must be a hands-on quantitative modeling subject matter expert who is effective at both designing the modeling strategy, as well as rolling up the sleeves to build out the models if need be.
• Player / Coach: Mentoring, leading and developing a team of modeling SMEs, identifying team and individual goals to enable maximizing potential, partnering with team members to develop career path, managing performance and providing ongoing / timely feedback.
• Business partner: Work effectively with other analytics and data management staff across Enterprise Analytics to deliver end-to-end solutions incorporating advanced algorithms and machine learning
Education
PhD in statistics, Bio-statistics, Economics, Computer science, or other quantitative field; additional MBA would be a plus.
