Position Responsibilities:
• Performs other duties as may be assigned, from time to time.
• Candidate must have strong communication skills.
• Candidate needs to have strong lease knowledge and ability to work with real estate counsel.
• Candidate requires strong lease negotiation/re-negotiation skills.
• Candidate needs to possess good computer skills (Office Suite.)
• Ability to travel, organize markets, finding locations, as well as managing existing portfolio.
• Knowledge of regional and local zoning codes.
• Ability to work with existing broker network and find new brokers.
• Negotiate letters of intent, leases, contracts, etc.
• Ability to work with developers for possible build to suit program.

Credentials and Experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college required
• 5 years' experience in commercial real estate
• Extensive knowledge of and proficiency in real estate contracts, negotiations, and legal transactions required
Special Requirements
• Retail industry background preferred
• Experience working with general corporate matters and IT agreements is a plus
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
