Position Summary
Lead multiple quality and test automation teams in delivering enterprise projects for CVS client services organization. Lead the client services Quality and Automation organization across people, process, and technology driving business results through strong, strategic operational achievements, an appropriate technology investment roadmap and support of enterprise strategies to grow the business. Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing. Drive operational efficiency, improve quality, and increase accuracy for benefits testing. Manage quality and automation teams consisting of advisors, automation developers, user acceptance testers, and quality audit resources, and have overall technical ownership for all automation projects in portfolio and audit projects. Build and develop high performing teams, people management responsibilities, including sourcing qualified talent, retention, development, and performance management of the staff in the department. Set short term and long term goals driving career growth for team members in alignment with departments and company’s vision and key values. Coach and mentor team members. Conduct periodic performance review for all team members and guide them to achieve set goals. Achieve financial objectives by preparing quality assurance budget, monitoring budget on regular basis, analyzing variance, and initiating corrective actions. Focus on continuous improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, and test automation. Drive all aspects of QA automation projects, Program activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and CVS client services business segments. Provide solutions that meet CVS client services business objectives and deliver them on time, budget and with a high degree of quality. Create work flow and IT solutions that lead to improved efficiency and accuracy in processing, quality audits, and validation of MedD DMR claims operations processes in compliance with CMS guidelines. Manage 10 to 12 employees in quality of delivery for MedD paper claims quality, new client implementation, maintenance of Health Plan clients, and test automation projects.
Education
A 3 or 4 year Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related technical field and 5 years of experience working with Software Quality Assurance teams in different roles.
