In this position you’ll spend most of your time interacting with guests and team members throughout the store, ensuring that the business is running optimally. Hourly team members will rely on you for everyday operations like sales and payroll, and ongoing efforts like team member development and performance management.
Plus, the Food Team Leaderoversees and leads our grocery department. You’ll ensure that all product is properly handled and stored, including coaching your team on using proper perishable food-handling guidelines to maintain optimal product freshness and quality. You’ll be the point-of-contact who trains team members on following all food safety, sanitation and cross-contamination rules while displaying, holding and storing food items. You’ll bring the grocery area to life through seasonal displays that align product with events, holidays and more to drive sales. You’ll be responsible for your team’s timely completion of ad sets, sales plans, transitions and revisions. You’ll also be a localization resource in partnership with grocery directors to help determine the best local assortment.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members. Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
