Job Description
Oversee all aspects of international store design for Joint Venture, Distributor and Franchise partners.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
• Understanding of all functions related to retail store design and construction for Concept, Outlet and Warehouse store development.
• Create design solutions to meet operational objectives for store design layouts and all aspects of tenant improvement plans. Including the design and development of store front solutions.
• Implementation of signage, store design and fixtures to comply with established company standards.
• Design stores, fixtures and construction methods to adapt to local building methods while observing the budgetary objective of relevant business partners.
• Develop and maintain a website for informational and training purposes that clearly direct implementation of store design objectives.
• Prepare fixture, furniture and equipment schedules, drawings and specifications for dissemination to worldwide vendor network.
• Select and maintain vendor relationships for the worldwide vendor network.
• Manage all aspects of bidding, pricing controls and quality assurance of the FFE program for international store development.
• Understanding and facilitation of import/export coordination as it relates to FFE management in the worldwide network.
• Manage and train internal store design staff and administrative staff.
• Manage and train consulting architects and construction partners worldwide.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and create the design of fixtures furniture and equipment and help in the selection and specification of materials that will present in the store development process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in AutoCAD 18,Google Sketch Up and V-Ray rendering platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, including Word and Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Acrobat Adobe and Photoshop.
• 4 years of retail and or architectural experience
• Organizational skill,
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communicator
• Travel will be required (10-25%).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Education: Bachelors of Architecture
• 5+ years of Architecture or Retail Store Design
• Proficient in AutoCAD 13,Google Sketch Up and V-Ray rendering platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, including Word and Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Acrobat Adobe and Photoshop.
