Position Summary
Advanced Care Scripts (ACS), a CVS Health Company, leads and dispenses specialty medications and products nationwide. Our comprehensive patient care model provides compliance and adherence support and cost-effective solutions for all classes of specialty medications.
As an Information Management Coordinator, you are responsible for the front line intake of information to the company and sourcing of that information in the appropriate format to team members that need it to perform their job function. This includes data entry of faxes, patient account creation, data clean-up and clerical support duties such as patient chart creation, mailing & faxing to support sales and operations initiatives. Furthermore, you will validate, input and update accurate information from electronic document images received via fax software as data into patient support applications. You will also work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained, as well as full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months of Data Entry Experience, or in an equivalent position
- Six or more months working in either Microsoft Excel, Outlook, or Word
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience is helpful
- CPR + database experience
- Ability to type 45 words/minute
