U-Haul is searching for a friendly and upbeat team member to be responsible for answering the primary phone line within the Human Resources department. This person must be able to provide excellent customer service for internal team members and external customers. This person must be organized, show initiative and posses attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering and directing calls within the Human Resources department.
• Maintaining the reception area.
• Ordering office supplies for the HR Department.
• Providing administrative assistance for all business units within the HR Department.
• Assisting with other assigned projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Present a friendly, yet professional attitude at all times.
• Dedicated in providing stellar customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and projects.
• Able to operate a multi-line phone system, photocopier, fax, printer and other general office equipment.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to protect confidential information.
