We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide support to the General Manager on overall operations.
Restaurant Assistant Manager - Retail Food Service Associate
(Entry Level / Operations Management / Customer Service / Full Time)

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will train your team in food preparation, customer service, safety and sanitation procedures as well as coach employees to advance in the succession plan. You will also be responsible for various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll duties.
Additional duties for this restaurant operations role include, but are not limited to:
• Training employees and coaching them for promotions as appropriate
• Estimating ingredients and supplies required to prepare food
• Controlling inventories of food, equipment and flatware
• Purchasing supplies and equipment
• Resolving customer complaints about food service
• Completing employee disciplinary write-ups
We are seeking a self-motivated Retail Food Service Associate who combines exceptional customer service, with the flexibility to function effectively and meet established objectives in a constantly changing and customer-driven environment. Strong organizational and time management skills and able to handle multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency.

• High school diploma
• Restaurant / fast food industry experience
• Ability to effectively train and motivate a team of employees
• Proven history of leadership abilities
• Basic computer and math skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• 1 - 2 years of management experience, a plus
