Requirements
Director of Merchandising Support
The purpose of this role is to lead the PIM, SPO and DAM teams, ensuring that the complete SKU build process from an Enterprise perspective is happening effectively and efficiently. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the SLA expectations to the business while ensuring that the information passed through the system is integral for an omni-channel experience.
Superstar candidates will be able to:
• Monitors system performance and work with IT group to improve data quality and resolve any issues
• Works cross-functionally with other departments, including Merchandising, Taxonomy, Copy, DAM, IT Operations, Store and Inventory teams to maintain and develop workflows, processes and procedures that enhance information integrity and promotes speed-to-market in the creation of product SKUs
• Reviews and utilizes reports to improve data quality and ultimately product performance; makes suggestions to the Merchant/Supplier to improve performance
• Maintains all necessary item master file records and information, including correspondence, ensuring complete data integrity
• Develops and maintains clear communications with all company personnel, provides the Merchants, Inventory Management and Operations staff with accurate information in a timely fashion, so that they may hit their goals and objectives, following established guidelines and procedures
• Maintains Enterprise "SKU Build" SLA expectations.
• Monitors the DAM image performance and ensures that SLA's are being met.
• Monitors the SPO SKU build process and ensures that SLA's are being met.
• Develops and maintains clear expectations and objectives to the Manager's of PIM and DAM.
• Additional duties as assigned.
To join our band you'll need the following experience:
• Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Business Administration
• 10 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience), preferably with a strong MI product and industry background
• 6 years of experience leading teams
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel
