Position Summary
Would you like to join a Fortune 7 company, CVS Health , leading our dynamic Underwriting & Analytics team? As the Underwriting and Analytics Director, you will lead multiple teams responsible for complex analysis of strategic business initiatives. In this role you will foster creativity and have the opportunity to influence internal and external customers. You will develop, deliver and oversee initiatives that have a profound impact on the future direction of the company.
Do you want to be in a leadership role where you will be engaged across all phases of the organization? In this role you will lead efforts to develop financial offers and provide on-going analytic support for CVS Health PBM clients in the Employer business segment, with the goal of winning and retaining business while maximizing profitability and mitigating financial risk. This challenging position will oversee a team of Analytic Consultants and Underwriters. Strong interpersonal skills are needed, including the skill to interact and influence at all levels of the organization as you articulate conclusions and make proposals to leadership . This role will also require strong leadership skills that creates clear vision as they lead a high-performing Underwriting & Analytics team.
Education
Bachelors degree required.
Preferred: Masters degree, preferably in a relevant discipline.
