POSITION SUMMARY
Leader of all managed services sales operations, processes, performance reporting and technology for the Diebold Nixdorf Americas business unit. This leader is the sales process, operations and performance “visionary” that will serve as a liaison between Americas Sales and Diebold Nixdorf Executive Management, Global Marketing, Information Technology and other functional groups and field organizations to create a best-in-class operations unit.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Some essential functions include:
• Provides leadership for, and management of, all managed services sales processes, operations and technology (sales CRM/laptops/tablets/phones) for all Americas selling organizations.
• Oversees the definition, documentation and continuing refinement of all selling processes for Americas managed services selling organizations.
• Collaborates with all Diebold Nixdorf internal stakeholder groups for the establishment, documentation and maintenance of all sales processes.
• Leads the continued implementation and management of the sales CRM application (Salesforce.com) used by the selling organizations.
• Ensures the on-going documentation of sales associate hierarchy and territory structures for all North America selling organizations within Salesforce.com.
• Provides leadership for the development and on-going maintenance of all dashboards and custom reporting within Salesforce.com.
• Provides continuing analysis on the effectiveness of managed services sales teams.
• Provides matrix oversight of sales education for sales associates; measures the effectiveness of sales education programs.
• Leads the presentation of sales performance analysis and effectiveness to Diebold Nixdorf senior management.
• Oversees the resources that provide project management oversight to all continuing sales programs.
• Participates and collaborates in the development of sales compensation programs; provides analysis on sales compensation effectiveness.
• Functions as an expert in sales operations and processes; advises of new methodologies, programs and technologies as required.
• Achieves assigned business and financial goals.
• Develops and manages operating / expense budgets for business unit. Follows-up to ensure expenses do not exceed approved budgets.
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of sales, sales operations and/or managed services operations experience.
• Must have a solid, demonstrated track record of achievement in growing new business in complex solutions sales environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. financial services industry and retail banking operations.
• Must be proficient with Salesforce.com
• Ability to achieve results in a complex matrix reporting structure between multiple organizations.
• Process strong evaluation and business workflow documentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Excellent team building-leadership skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills, including presentation, oral, written and listening skills.
• Must be creative, assertive, influential, and able to motivate fellow associates.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
• Must have demonstrated high levels of competency in behavior and characteristics of successful leadership.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically in Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• This role will be based from the Diebold Nixdorf corporate offices in North Canton, OH.
• Ability to participate in overnight travel a minimum of 15% of the time.
