Position Summary

You will be responsible for inspiring people to choose CVS Pharmacy for their everyday needs. Your role is accountable for unlocking customer insights to develop relevant, innovative and motivating marketing strategies to drive awareness, trips to, and increased sales of our products and services in the retail front store, particularly within the Health and Beauty Categories.
Partnering closely with front store merchandising and health services leaders along with cross-functional partners from across the Enterprise, you will develop integrated marketing strategies and plans to support and deliver new customer, increased trips and spend enabling us to exceed our aggressive growth targets.
Primary Role and Responsibility:
• Leads the development of marketing strategies to impact and influence our customers’ attitudes, behaviors, and choices to meet and exceed budgeted impact and business goals
• Collaborates with marketing disciplines to design and develop integrated marketing and communications plans to drive the business with measurable and attributable impact from marketing efforts
• Develops both short and long term plans to drive the business
• Leads the team in unlocking ever-smarter, more targeted and impactful Marketing, using data, technology, and new media solutions in marketing plans
•Leverages data and insights to drive strategic and tactical marketing decisions and optimizations, and demonstrates accountability to business impact
•Proactively builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and executives, encouraging collaboration, connecting ideas and consulting on marketing opportunities.
•Leads the team to ensure cross-functional collaboration and coordination in achieving agreed-upon priorities
•Leads, coaches, guides, and motivates a team of colleagues performing related work with a clear statement of goals and support in building toward those goals. Consistently takes a leadership role in organizing project teams, encouraging collaboration and innovation, and developing plans for both internal and cross-functional projects or initiatives.
-Specifically, you will lead teams that are driving the following:
•Ecommerce growth
•In-store Marketing and experience
•Segmented consumer strategies – when/where a like-minded consumer group is large enough to warrant a variation of the digital or in-store shopper experience
·Lead the development of marketing strategies to impact and influence our customers’ attitudes related to shopper experience, behaviors, and choices to meet and exceed budgeted business and consumer goals.
