As a Director, Creative Strategy, you’ll be a driving force in Target Creative by leading the long-term strategic direction of the creative strategy team to transform marketing strategies into immersive experiences that help our guests connect more deeply with the brand. Your strategic and creative leadership will enable unique and unexpected insights that fuel big ideas and innovation. You will lead, coach and develop a team of talented Creative Strategists, including inspiring the team to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance. You will build and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaboration across the organization internally and externally to incorporate perspectives, facilitate change and ensure sound strategic recommendations. Your knowledge of marketing, brand and cultural insights will be critical to generating creative solutions across media types and platforms to solve business challenges. We’ll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a Director, Creative Strategy. About you:
• Four year college degree
• 15+ years marketing/agency experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people, provide meaningful feedback and manage performance
• Demonstrated effectiveness developing relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with experience synthesizing information to generate actionable insights
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
