Job Description

Expectations:
• Manage multiple locations in a fast growing territory, while cultivating a self-directed team.
• Manage administration.
• Follow up on customer interactions.
• Strategic minded with ability to find solutions for continuous improvement.
• Oversees the investigation of complaints, such as those concerning quality of service in connection with any product or service offered.
• Analyzes reports of findings and recommends response to complaint, considering nature and complexity of complaint, requirements, and actions of subordinates to ensure settlements are made correctly.
• Engages in receiving calls and inquiries, investigating, evaluating, and settling complaints and claims of customers.
• Executing reviews of all associated processes and providing performance reports to the executive team to ensure that the highest quality customer service possible is achieved.
• Providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching for existing and future customer service staff.
• Responsible for leading a department that provides in store and field support to the customers.
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of five years of high volume, multi-location management experience in retail, customer service or call center environment
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Proven experience with customer relationship management (and software systems).
• Excellent analytical, oral and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to thrive in a team atmosphere and work effectively with all levels of management.
• Superb leadership skills required for a partnership environment.
• Bachelor's degree or greater preferred.
