As part of the Starbucks Partner Resources (HR) Global Business Enablement team, the Partner Analytics Director plays an integral role focusing on the people side of analytics and insights - by developing and overseeing highly complex analysis, forecasting, actionable scorecards, business modeling and performance metrics for leaders globally. This team leads analytics and metrics initiatives that transform and provide health indicator on the effectiveness of partner services and programs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and high demand environment, and can influence across the enterprise and in a highly matrixed organization.
Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:
• Business Consultation – collaborate with Partner Resources and cross functional management teams to understand enterprise business problems. Provide tools and insights that enable leaders to make data informed decisions about and for our Partners.
• Analytics Leadership –provide thought leadership to determine how to deliver streamlined and standardized metrics and automated scorecards that provide insights for the health and improvement to the end to end hire-to-retire experience. Provide subject-matter expertise in data and analytics communities of practice.
• Portfolio Leadership – manage an analytics and metrics roadmap that enables multiple functions within PRO and across the enterprise. Influence the prioritization and sequencing of work where dependent on other teams for success.
• Communication – build relationships with leaders at all levels and maintain clear channels of communication with stakeholders and team members to negotiate priorities. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• People Leadership – Directly manage partners to successfully deliver outcomes while enabling each partner to realize their unique potential. Coach and share your perspective, experience and expertise to improve the work of others.
We’d love to hear from people with:
• Two years Project Management and Change Management
• Ten years Progressive Business and Analytics experience
• Seven years General Management level leadership
• Two years developing Execution Plans from strategic initiatives
