As an Associate Director- Corporate Marketing, you will be the lead for high profile television and media integrations. These national brand moments advance Walmart’s brand
strategy and reputation with customers and stakeholders. Integrations include big cultural moments like the Oscars and ongoing programing of Ellen Show.
Responsibilities include:
Developing reputational strategies including partnership with media and creative agencies to identify key cultural moments that Walmart should be a part of.
Developing and executing store-centric local community program so our store associates can bring to life their store’s role within the community.
Evaluating, managing and advancing the NPS of Walmart through partnership with Global Customer Insights and Analytics to identify drivers of NPS.
Recommending and implementing key initiatives across the department and company to make the most meaningful impact on NPS growth.
Implementing the Associate Value Proposition and workplace branding to reinforce Walmart’s purpose in the work our associates do.
Developing strategies and executing tactics to reinforce Walmart’s price leadership among consumers at the best touch points.
• Develops and manages key supplier partnerships on new and existing marketing initiatives
• Develops overall department, segment or category annual operating plans (AOPs)
• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
• Ensures business needs are being met
• Identifies business needs
• Manages large-scale marketing initiative development and execution (for example, In-Store merchandising, advertising, media plans, promotional events)
• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
• Stewards the Walmart brand
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years experience in Marketing or a related field OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 7 years experience in Marketing or related field OR 11 years experience in Marketing or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year of supervisory experience.
2 years marketing experience in a consumer packaged goods or retail environment.
