Position Summary
CVS Health’s Retail/LTC Segment is looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the Retail Budgeting and
Forecasting Process and act as a key member of the Retail Finance team while reporting to the Senior Vice President of Finance and Retail Controller. In addition to leading a team responsible for the Budgeting and Forecasting process, you will work closely with other Finance colleagues as well as business team members in developing strategic and financial analysis in support of communications to Corporate and Retail Leadership and the Board of Directors. Finally, you will play a key role supporting Financial Leadership through assessments of risks and opportunities and tracking performance of key company initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop and manage the Retail Forecasting and Budgeting proces and calendars.
• Ownership of Hyperion Planning tool.
• Prepare presentations for Senior Management, including Monthly reporting packages.
• Draft Board of Directors financial updates.
• Updates for Executive and Retail Leadership.
• Support the Retail Controller with Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Track / manage risks and opportunities.
• Produce / Validate Earnings Call support.
• Assist in development of Wall St. Guidance for Retail/LTC Segment on both a quarterly and annual basis.
• Track and report on Retail Operational priorities
Required Qualifications
* 8 plus years of related professional experience, preferably within a Retail or Healthcare company
Preferred Qualifications
* Retail Industry experience
* A clear understanding of Financial and Accounting concepts
* Proven team development capabilities – must have a track record of coaching others for success
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Masters preferred.
