About the Role
We are seeking a Temporary Art Director to support the Pottery Barn Kids Catalog Production team. This role will support the Photo Studio and assist with creating the look and feel of the catalog for each season.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...
• Attend pagination meetings and work with the pagination team on developing the look and feel of the season
• Pull inspiration images for spreads including decorating ideas, wardrobe inspirations and set design ideas
• Pull location options and scout locations as needed
• Design sets for photo and communicate needs in advance to the set shop
• Create presentation boards for creative meetings
• Work with a Copywriter on chapter taglines
• Build creative briefs for collaborations and circulate for approvals
• Help with selecting models
• Attend and participate in stylist meetings
• Art direct on set
• Work with merchants, production team and producers to organize needs for shoot to clone and miscellaneous shots
• Create creative map based on pagination
