We seek an influential leader who’s passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and acting as an advocate for our retail Associates to join our Store Support team.

We seek people who:
• Manage the store budgeting process, including sales and payroll, to maximize sales opportunities and meet financial targets
• Act as an advocate for our Sales Associates, ensuring a full understanding of operational challenges, store organization needs and the impact of each initiative on the store team
• Identify and eliminate potential challenges that impact our stores’ ability to sell shoes and provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Develop effective retail communication strategy and calendar, providing clear, concise and timely communication between our corporate and field teams
We seek people with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination education & experience
• 7+ years experience in related field
• Demonstrated ability influencing & leading high-performing teams
• Proven success implementing retail communication initiatives
