ABOUT THE JOBThe Human Resources job function develops human resource management strategies and policies to meet business needs including planning, administering and reviewing activities concerned with recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
Performs administrative tasks required for Finance Services to ensure successful case management, common work flow, tracking, reporting, and regular updates to the manager, specialist and co-worker.
YOUR ASSIGNMENTYour tasks will include:
• Responsible for reconciliations, audits, tracking progress including running reports, monitoring results, and surveying stakeholders, and identifying potential improvements to internal processes and procedures.
• Performs administrative tasks for Finance services, may at times support other HR/Finance services in subject areas such as mobility, fraud, AP, reconciliations, etc.
• Effectively communicates information to co-workers, store partners, vendors, SSC Specialists and Matrix Partners.
• Responsible for case management and tracking.
• Ensures adherence to the Service Level Agreement, IKEA guidelines and Policies.
• YOUR PROFILEYour knowledge, skills and experience include:
• High School Diploma. College preferred, Major in business, finance, HR or related field
• Experience working in administration in an office environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
