Position Description
• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Oversees Sam's Club Fresh standards
• Oversees and manages financial planning and analysis
• Oversees club Fresh processes
• Oversees the relationship with third party technical team
• Partners with the Fresh Merchandising group
• Provides overall direction
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field and 4 years experience in retail operations management, fresh food retail operations management, finance, or related field OR 6 years experience in retail operations management, fresh food retail operations management, finance, or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
4 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
4 years' supervisory experience.
4 years experience creating budgets and managing profit and loss (P and L) statements.
4 years experience in fresh food merchandise buying.
Project Management Certification (for example, PMP or PMI).
