Position Description
• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Develops and drives strategies for Operations teams
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Focuses on the grand opening of all new stores or remodels
• Oversees implementation of new merchandising programs
• Oversees the development and testing of plans for the launch of new initiatives and merchandising programs across formats
• Provides overall direction to staff
• Provides support to new stores
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field and 6 years experience in operations management, financial planning, managing projects, budgeting, scheduling in any field or related field OR 8 years experience in retail or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
10 years experience in retail operations or merchandising.
Project management certification.
