Job Details
Duties and Responsibilities
• Leadership and optimization of the workforce management software solution including management of system driver data, store operating model, store staffing model and field management staffing.
• Leadership of Retail labor expense management which includes budgeting, forecasting, ad hoc analytics, and reporting on all labor expense accounts totaling greater than $1.7 Billion annually.
• Initiate and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives that materially impact the retail expense results. Ability to lead and communicate results of analysis utilizing advanced statistical and data analysis tools.
• Work with field leadership to better understand drivers of business model and make appropriate changes to drivers of retail expenses to mitigate increased costs.
• Work cross functionally representing Store Operations on enterprise wide initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Lead strategic and analytical store operating model work through teams composed of direct reports, cross functional representatives and field partners
• Strong understanding of engineered labor standards, workforce management concepts and applications
• Strong background in retail finance and budgeting
• Strong background in workforce and task management implementation
• Power MS Office skills with a strong knowledge of Access database
• Experience with business reporting tools
• Experience with financial accounting tools
Work Experience &/or Education
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred. At least 5 to 7 years leadership experience from world class retail organization required.
