Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day. Delek US Holdings owns 100 percent of the general partner and 81.6 percent of the limited partner interest in Alon USA Partners, LP (NYSE: ALDW), which owns a crude oil refinery in Big Spring, Texas, with a crude oil throughput capacity of 73,000 barrels per day and an integrated wholesale marketing business.
The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek US Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates also own approximately 63 percent (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE: DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.
The asphalt operations consist of owned or operated asphalt terminals serving markets from Tennessee to the west coast through a combination of non-blended asphalt purchased from third parties and produced at the Big Spring, Texas and El Dorado, Arkansas refineries. The renewables operations will consist of plants in Texas and Arkansas that produce biodiesel fuel and a renewable diesel facility in California.
The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores which also market motor fuels in central and west Texas and New Mexico.
The Director, HRIS, directs the development and execution of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) strategies and oversees the day-to-day use of the HR systems to maximize efficiency, maintain information integrity/security and deliver exceptional customer service. Identifies opportunities to leverage HRIS technology to realize a continuous return on the investment of current and new technologies. HRIS technology includes but is not limited to payroll, time reporting, compensation, benefits, applicant tracking systems, performance management, learning management and management reporting.
Description & Responsibilities
The Director of HRIS will contribute a high level of energy and organization to currently planned projects to insure their timely and budgeted completion as well as identifying areas where the HRIS processes or systems can be improved or streamlined to increase their strategic value.
Specific duties and responsibilities:
• Provide strategic insight to HRIS Project implementation, assisting HR leadership in designing long term HRIS planning and evaluating vendor products.
• Lead the design of HRIS project life cycle from initial goals to final implementation.
• Partner with the leadership team to ensure successful adoption of the new HRIS.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts of Vendors related to Company HRIS.
• Act as the subject matter expert on HRIS projects and implementation for all company segments and locations.
• Design and implement training programs related to all Human Resource systems, encompassing the entire company and its subsidiaries as well as making sure the cultural change management is in place for new processes and procedures related to the systems.
• Perform regular HRIS data audits to insure system accuracy or to determine areas in need of additional training/resources.
• Design standard reports on key metrics for inclusion on HR scorecards.
• Provide regular reporting and updates on all HRIS projects for the EVP of Human Resources to report to the Executive Committee.
Requirements – Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
• Experience in managing and / or implementing multiple HRIS related projects.
• Experience writing reports and presentations, including creation through analysis to all levels of the company, including the executive team.
• Strong vendor management experience.
• Experience with overseeing or supervision of IT contractors or vendors.
• Ability to act as a managerial advisor on professional and technical issues with a view toward reaching strategic decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
